Living from the Heart - Second Edition

We have revised and expanded "Living from the Heart" by Puran and Susanna Bair in a Living Heart Media edition. First published in 1998 by Three Rivers Press (an imprint of Random House), "Living from the Heart" is a true spiritual classic, the book that first introduced Heart Rhythm Meditation to the world. In the 11 years and two printings since it was first published, Puran and Susanna have refined their delivery of the message of the heart, and "Living from the Heart" has been revised and expanded to reflect that refinement.

Over 100 new pages of text have been added, including new illustrations, new stories, and a new appendix which details the historical development of heart-based meditation in Christianity and Sufism. Some wonderful stories about the heart have been added by Susanna, who now receives recognition as the book's co-author. (Susanna co-authored the first edition, but Random House insisted on only one author.)
