Our Mission

IAM is a non-profit spiritual school
that develops and applies Heart Rhythm Meditation
for integrating physical, emotional and spiritual life
to consciously create love, harmony and beauty.
 

Our Method

Heart Rhythm Meditation causes a shift in attention and breath rhythm
to create a physiological connection between the
nervous, endocrine, respiratory and circulatory systems,
literally uniting the heart, mind and body.
 

Our Organization

IAM was founded by a married couple that combines their backgrounds in
psychology, theater, science and finance.
IAM is now led by a diverse group of professionals with concern for improving their
health, relationships and accomplishment of their purpose.

IAM is an authentic school that customizes a comprehensive body of spiritual teachings to individuals' needs, considering the condition of their heart, their stage of development and their soul archetype. It is not a one-size-fits-all approach. We offer a broad range of mystical practices from every tradition and culture that have contributed to the conscious development of the heart.
 

We Build Heart-Centered Organizations

We can help you and the groups to which you belong become heart-centered,
so you can harmoniously cooperate to fulfill the purpose of your lives.
We work with philanthropic organizations, community gardens, religious groups,
arts collaboratives, relief associations, educational schools,
labor unions and business ventures
to restore the optimism, idealism, compassion, cooperation and courage
upon which they were founded.

Puran and Susanna are the recipients of the 2008 Founder's Award from ISSSEEM where they are frequent presenters.
